Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mohocrafts@outlook.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mohocrafts@outlook.com and send your item to: Moho Crafts, 100 Bolton Road, Adlington, Chorley, PR6 9HT, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can only send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Moho Crafts, 100 Bolton Road, Adlington, Chorley, PR6 9HT, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is found to be faulty the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

If you need to cancel a workshop

Our workshop bookings are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place, we will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop. Alternatively, if you contact us at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the workshop, then we can offer a transfer to another workshop or an alternative date, providing there are places available or a workshop is planned for the future. 

Our right to cancel a workshop

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

Parties and Events

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the date of the event. A maximum reduction of two attendees can be made at least one week before the date of the event. We will reduce the outstanding balance accordingly. Reductions in numbers cannot be made less than one week before the date of the event and the full balance of the booking must be paid. The price per person rate quoted is based on a minimum of 8 attendees. If there are fewer than 8 attendees the total amount will still be based on 8 attendees.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend.
